The Setup program cannot detect that COM port PC FM Radio adaptor has been plugged in. Possible Reasons and Solutions: 1. If Setup program takes long time to detect PC FM Radio adaptor, the COM port that you plugged in the PC FM Radio adaptor might have hardware conflict with other device (eg. setting to the same IRQ channel the network card occupied already). You can check the COM port for possible hardware conflict by executing "MSD" command under the DOS mode. If it does, try to adjust the setting before installing PC FM Radio utility further. If you have difficulties to fix it, please contact your local dealer for more details. 2. During auto detection process, the mouse has been locked up. Most likely there is the IRQ conflict - the COM port PC FM Radio adaptor plugged onto uses the same IRQ channel the COM port the mouse has been configured to. Please change setting of IRQ channel for either one of the COM ports to keep installing PC FM Radio utility. 3. Other application (ex. modem software ... etc.) that occupies the COM port, on which PC FM Radio adaptor has plugged in, is in use. Just simply close the application that occupies the COM port before starting to install PC FM Radio utility. 4. There is no PC FM Radio adapter plugged on any COM ports. Just simply plug in the PC FM Radio adapter. 5. There is one PC FM Radio adapter on the COM port. However, the connection between connectors might be poor. Please pull it out and properly plug it in again.
