The Setup program is terminated abnormallly when it proceeds 
auto-detection process to locate PC FM Radio adaptor.

Possible reason and solution:
There is the IRQ conflict. For example, the COM port PC FM
Radio plugged on is probably set to the same IRQ network
card used. The mouse might be locked up during auto-detection
process, especially when the COM port PC FM Radio adaptor 
plugged on would use the same IRQ channel the mouse port
(another COM port) adopted previously.  

Please verify the hardward conflict of the COM port by taking 
following steps - 
 
 For Windows 3.1
  By executing "MSD" command under the DOS mode.

 For Windows 95
  By using the "Device Manager" in the "system" of
  "Control panel".

Try setting PC FM Radio or other devices to a different
IRQ channel before starting again the Setup program.
